Alicia & Jake’s Wedding Day Highlights

It has been such an honor to be a part of Alicia and Jake’s wedding day. The first time to meet them we filmed Katie and Ryan’s wedding, Jake’s sister and brother-in-law. Fast-forward a few years and we got the call to film their wedding day. As a bonus we got to capture Jake’s proposal. We literally hid in the woods trying to not be so obvious!

One of the great things about spending so much time with our couples is we learn so much about them. Jake and Alicia’s story began when they meet each other in a Japanese class at college. Alicia tells us she loves Jake’s sense of humor and optimism. How he is a very bright, positive person who spends most of his time laughing, enjoying life, and smiling. For Jake, life with Alicia is just FUN. Jake loves her presence and her eagerness with which she approaches her life. Her laughs are like snowflakes, each one unique and sincere. The way Alicia looks at Jake makes him feel like the most important person in the world. As they traveled in Japan, their relationship grew and years later here they are, husband and wife! Their wedding day was perfect! Absolutely gorgeous!
