Wedding Day of Heidi and Jacob
One of the great things about our job is having the opportunity to revisit some of our VMfamily. Last May we shot Jessica and Bradley’s wedding. Fast-forward a little over a year and we get a call to say Jessica’s brother Jacob and his beautiful fiance Heidi are in need of a photographer for their wedding day!

Therefore, we were beyond thrilled to get to spend a day with them, their friends and family. Jacob and Heidi had a great bridal party with fun and laughs to fill the day. Groomsmen twerking and bridemaids in their charlie’s angel poses made memories forever. Because they surrounded themselves with longtime friends that will continue this journey through life with them, love was all around.
Every detail was on point! Pretzel sticks dressed like tiny wedding dresses and tuxedos and handmade bride and groom wooden figures to decorate the gift table. The little details that made this day spectacular included a pillow made from Heidi’s grandfather’s shirt and his ring tied to her bouquet so that his presence was felt as he smiled down from heaven on her special day. Heidi’s amazing floral elements were the creative design of Holiday Flower and Events that provided subtle color and magnificent aroma to their decor.
Jacob wins hands down the calmest groom award. When it’s the right person to spend your life with, you just know! Because he was quoted in saying, “best decision he ever made”… (how sweet is that?) WINNER! Venue is located in Red Banks Mississippi and such a quaint location to say “I DO”. What an awesome day it was.
This location was the historic site of the Red Banks Baptist Church. The rural farmland and old church building provided the perfect backdrop for this couple. We just couldn’t wait to share these wedding day images!
